Review of Lesson 2.4

Procedures:

1. Control modules are located thru out the dash and lower kick panels refer to work order for location and type.
2. Always disconnect these. Never cut wire harness.
3. Unscrew glove box door and remove.
4. Remove radio.
5. Remove heater controls.
6. Remove speedometer surround.
7. Remove speedometer wire harness.
8. Disconnect all wire harness from switches. Do not cut wires.
9. Unbolt and remove the dash
10. Tools required: needle nose pliers, small screw drivers, standard tools.

Quality Control:

1. Always mark stock number on parts being removed. Do not write over any identification numbers or on any fabrics or textured surface.
2. Check to ensure gauges are not damaged. Notate any damage on the work order.

Health & Safety:

1. Standard PPE applies.
